Shôko: restaurant by day, beach club by night
Shôko is a Mediterranean-Japanese restaurant that turns into one of the best-known clubs on Barcelona’s seafront at midnight. High ceilings, Asian-inspired design and a terrace a few steps from the sand of Barceloneta beach, right next to big names like Opium and Pacha.
It has hosted after-parties for international artists and top DJs, and the music moves between hip hop, reggaeton, R&B and chart hits. The seafront fills up fast at weekends, so the Shoko guestlist is the easiest way in: you skip the entry fee and you know the list cut-off before you leave home.
How to get to Shôko
Shôko is on the Passeig Marítim, between Port Olímpic and Barceloneta beach. The closest metro stop is Ciutadella | Vila Olímpica (L4), about ten minutes on foot. On the way home there are always taxis along the seafront.

Beat the cut-off
Free list entry has a closing time. It's in your confirmation; after that the club may charge entry.
Dress code
Smart casual. No running trainers, flip-flops, swimwear or gym clothes.
Bring your ID
Original passport, DNI or NIE. It's 18+ and no ID means no entry, even if you're on the list.
Sign up as a group

What's the difference between the guestlist and a ticket?
The guestlist is free but only valid until the cut-off time. A ticket is paid through Fourvenues and guarantees entry whenever you arrive. See tickets.
What time does the list close?
It depends on the night and the event. The exact time comes in your e-mail confirmation. Leave some margin: there can be a queue.
What music do they play at Shôko?
Mostly hip hop, reggaeton, R&B and chart hits, with guest DJs on special nights. We tell you what's on when we confirm.
Can I book a VIP table at Shôko?
